Warranty Policy
This policy covers warranty for repair work and parts supplied by bloggring.com (PE, EDRPOU 85651418, Kyiv, Ukraine). It applies alongside Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991 'On Consumer Protection'.
1. Warranty period
- Repair work - 90 days from handover of the item.
- Parts supplied by us - 180 days, or the manufacturer period if longer.
- Diagnostics without repair - no warranty period.
The exact period is stated in the work acceptance document.
2. Covered and excluded
We correct free of charge any defect caused by our workmanship or a part we supplied. Excluded: accident, liquid or power damage, improper use, intervention by third parties, normal wear of consumables, and defects in parts you supplied.
3. Parts availability
If a covered part is unavailable, we offer an equivalent part or a refund within 14 days of written notice.
4. Making a claim
Email contact@bloggring.com or call +380 936 345 4505 with your order number, contact details and a description of the defect. We acknowledge claims within 3 business days and inspect within 14 days, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991 'On Consumer Protection' and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015 'On Electronic Commerce'.
5. Advertising and disputes
Service, part and price statements here are advertising under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996 'On Advertising' and are substantiated on publication. Disputes are settled by negotiation, or before the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or a court.
