02 Service scope

Four scopes, one documented job card

Every line on the estimate links to a procedure record

Prices are estimates; final cost is confirmed after inspection and diagnostics. What you approve is an itemized sheet: diagnostic test, labour hours, the component and its sourcing, disposal. Each row carries the procedure ID the technician signs off on.

Diagnostic fee credit. The UAH 900 diagnostic fee is credited against the repair when you approve the estimate at the workshop. Decline the work and the fee stands as the price of the diagnostic record and the written fault report. Balance after credit: UAH 5 718.

Who signs the job card, and where the warranty stops

Every repair closes with a named technician, a procedure ID and a timestamp. Here is how we grade that staff, what equipment produced the readings, and the limits we will not talk around.

Technician levels

  • L1Diagnostic technicianRuns guided fault-code tests and records live sensor data. Signs test results only.
  • L2Component technicianRemoves and replaces against a published procedure ID. Signs the component step.
  • L3Lead diagnosticianSigns off electrical faults, comfort systems and driver-assistance calibration, and audits L1 and L2 records.

Every booking opens a job card: symptom, diagnostic test, fault code, replacement component, procedure ID, technician sign-off and timestamp. You read that chain before work is approved.

  3. 03 Receive the written estimate after inspection.

Workshops are located in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro, Odesa and Vinnytsia. Appointments outside those cities are not accepted.
